With over ten years of culinary expertise and mastery, Roman Styles IV is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School of Cooking in Pasadena, CA. Roman is homegrown and a native of Altadena/Pasadena California. Early in his career, he had the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business like renowned Chef Wolfgang Puck and the late Chef Floyd Cardoz. During those formative years, he had the chance to cater to some of the most notable events in Hollywood, like the Los Angeles Food and Wine Festival, the NAACP Awards, and the NBA All-Star Game, just to name a few.
Those early years left an indelible mark on Roman and helped him develop the unique dining experience that his customers rave about. He is a master craftsman, and any dish he makes will cause your taste buds to explode in excitement. Roman is passionate, dedicated, and committed to his artistry.
Roman is a family man and one of eight children. He is also a devoted father to his only son, Roman Styles V. He comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and artists. His mother is an author, designer, and entrepreneur. His great-great-grandfather was the first successful African American business owner in the State of Ohio, his 3rd cousin was the jazz great Teddy Buckner and his great, great uncle was a buffalo soldier who opened his Restaurant in the early 1900's.
