WHY DO I HAVE TO PUT A 50% DEPOSIT DOWN ON MY CATERING ORDER?
Because of the amount of timing and planning, it takes to cater an order we want to ensure that our time is not wasted and that you are serious about your order.

WHAT IF A I NEED TO CANCEL MY CATERING ORDER
We understand things happen. If you need to cancel your order please notify us a week in advance. Unfortunately, there will be a $100 service charge or 10% if the order, whatever is greatest. AL

WHEN IS MY FINAL PAYMENT FOR CATERING DUE
Your final payment for your catering order is due one week prior to the event unless otherwise discussed.

WHAT IS MEALIONAIRE FOOD PREP?
We are a food service/meal planning company. We sell quality home-cooked meals that are ready @ your convenience.
HOW MANY MEALS CAN I ORDER?
There is a minimum order of five meals. Any orders over $100 dollars will receive an automatic 10% discount. If you are interested in purchasing a meal plan or buying wholesale visit our wholesale/mealplan page.

HOW DO I ORDER MEALS PLANS OR ORDER WHOLESALE?
When ordering meal plans or wholesale visit our wholesale page. Wholesale and meal orders are processed via CashApp. Meal plans require a minimum of 40 a week.
FOR FOOD PREP, WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Whenever you place your order you will receive your food on the following Sunday. Orders placed after Thursday will be delivered that second Sunday. If you need your food on a specific day there is a $20 service charge. Please allow one week for your wholesale meal plan orders to be delivered.
DO WE SHIP OUT OF STATE?
Unfortunately, we are not shipping food at the moment. Our office is currently looking at the best shipping method so that it can be cost-efficient for our customers.

WHAT IF I AM ON A STRICT DIET?
All meals come with a full cup of vegetables, half a cup of protein & half a cup of starch. If your diet requires something different than that pick what meals you want & in the notes area give a detailed description of exactly what you want & we will make it happen.
