The terms “you” and “your” refer to visitors, customers, and any other users of the Site or our meal prep and catering services (the “Services”).

We use the information you provide to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your orders or bookings, send you periodic emails or promotions (which you may opt out of at any time), and improve the Services we provide.

PART TWO: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and your purchase of meal prep and catering Services from Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep

10. Our Services

Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep provides meal preparation and catering services, including individual meal plans and event catering, as described on the Site or as agreed to in a separate order, invoice, or catering agreement.

11. Ordering and Payment

All orders must be placed and paid for in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of booking. Full payment (or a deposit, where applicable) is due as specified on your invoice or order confirmation before we will confirm, prepare, or schedule your order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price quoted and accepted for a confirmed order will be honored for that order.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep does not offer refunds once an order or catering booking has been confirmed, except as expressly stated below or as required by law.

Cancellations must be requested in writing (email is acceptable) no later than 24 hours/days before your scheduled meal prep pickup/delivery date or catering event date. Cancellation requests received after this deadline, or failure to be available to receive your order, will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

If Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep must cancel or is unable to fulfill a confirmed order for reasons within our control, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the order at your preference.

 

13. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup windows will be confirmed at the time of booking. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for being reasonably available to receive your order within the scheduled window. Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, inaccessible delivery locations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, traffic, or third-party delivery carriers).

 

14. Food Allergies, Sensitivities, and Dietary Disclaimers

You are responsible for informing Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep, in writing, of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions prior to your order being confirmed. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary needs, our kitchen prepares food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and shellfish), and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a given allergen due to shared preparation and storage. Chef Styles Eats Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep is not liable for any allergic reaction or adverse health event resulting from consumption of our food, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, recipes, images, logos, and the Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep name and branding — is the property of Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino and Los Angeles County.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with any order confirmation or catering agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Chef Styles Eats, Catering and Mealionaire Meal Prep regarding the Services.

 

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site or the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
